As the Director of Quality Management System in Nepal, my main responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management processes and systems that ensure our organization is meeting the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our work. This includes conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we are always striving to improve our products and services. Additionally, I work closely with our leadership team to establish and communicate quality goals and objectives, and to ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining high levels of quality in their work. Ultimately, my goal is to create a culture of quality that permeates all aspects of our organization, and to ensure that we are consistently delivering top-quality products and services to our customers.
