UN Climate Change Conference — COP32 brings governments, international organizations, civil society, experts and other stakeholders to Addis Ababa from 8–19 November 2027 for global climate negotiations and cooperation under the UNFCCC.

About COP32

The UN Climate Change Conference — COP32 will take place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 8 to 19 November 2027. The conference forms part of the international climate negotiations under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

COP32 will bring together governments and accredited participants from across the world for negotiations, policy discussions, cooperation and engagement on climate change and the implementation of international climate commitments.

2027 Conference Sessions

The 2027 conference period includes the thirty-second session of the Conference of the Parties (COP32), together with the corresponding sessions of the governing bodies serving the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement.

The UNFCCC's adopted decision confirms that Ethiopia will host these sessions in Addis Ababa from Monday, 8 November through Friday, 19 November 2027.

Climate Policy and International Cooperation

COP conferences provide a global forum for Parties to discuss climate policy, international cooperation and implementation of commitments under the UN climate regime.
